Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 17, 2026
CargoParse LLC is committed to making our web application accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
What We Do
We design and maintain the Service with accessibility in mind, including:
- Keyboard navigation for primary user flows
- Sufficient color contrast in our interface
- Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content
- Resizable text without loss of functionality
- Minimum 44×44 pixel tap targets on interactive elements across all breakpoints
- ARIA labels on key interactive elements (such as navigation controls and dialogs)
- Compatibility with modern browsers and assistive technologies
Known Limitations
CargoParse is a small, independently operated company, and we are continuously improving. Certain features — including the document viewer, template builder, and advanced admin interfaces — may not yet meet full WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are working to improve these areas.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using CargoParse, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us improve.

We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within 5 business days.
Third-Party Content
The Service integrates with third-party services (including Stripe for payments and AWS for authentication). While we strive to use accessible third-party services, we do not control the accessibility of those third-party interfaces.
